About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled Shutdown Planner to oversee the planning and allocation of Fixed Plant labour resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supply of Mechanical & Electrical trades for various shutdown and project teams using internal and external systems.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and field staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and allocation of Fixed Plant labour resources
  • Oversee the supply of Mechanical & Electrical trades for various shutdown and project teams
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and field staff to ensure seamless execution of projects and services

Requirements:

  • Strong background in a similar role mobilisation/planning within the resources sector
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Working knowledge of resource systems i.e. INX, Pegasus, Enable etc.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office literacy
