Job Description

A Rewarding Career Opportunity Awaits in our dynamic and fun-loving team. We are seeking a passionate individual to grow their career in aged care, working with one of Australia's fastest-growing aged care providers.

The Lifestyle Coordinator plays a pivotal role in meeting the daily needs of residents. As a member of our facility leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of lifestyle assistants who work closely with other teams to encourage residents to remain independent and participate in meaningful activities that support their needs and interests.

We hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in aged care is not essential. However, you do need to have strong communication skills, be computer literate, and committed to resident wellbeing. You will also require:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Diversional Therapy
  • A willingness to work across a rotating roster, including weekends
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • An immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and digital tools, to manage resident records and coordinate activities.
