We offer a competitive salary package, including a base hourly rate of up to $34.72, depending on your qualification and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as 50% discount off your childcare fees, paid parental leave, and paid wellbeing days.

About This Role
  • This is a full-time position, working 38 hours per week in our three-room, 55-place centre located in a quiet area close to local schools, shops, and community facilities.
  • You will be responsible for leading your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs.
  • Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current SA Working with Children Check.
