Job Title: Customer Service Leader

- You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.\
- You will be responsible for ensuring that all store operations run smoothly and efficiently, including visual merchandising and stock management.\
- You will model exceptional customer service yourself and coach others to do the same.\
- You will resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.\
- You will promote a zero-harm culture within the store, ensuring the safety of customers and team members at all times.\
- You will contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive store culture.\
- You will participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.\
- You will work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.\
- You will perform other duties as required.\
- Assist with key tasks in centre such as visual presentations.\
- Support senior managers during periods of absence or leave.\

- Basic computer skills.\
- Professional certification (e.g., Cert IV in Retail Management) or willingness to obtain.\
- Relevant industry certifications.\
- English language proficiency.\
- Additional requirements may include exposure to visual software tools.\
- Apprentice position available which requires both apprenticeship completion and full time employment post course completion.\
- Associate degree or higher preferred, however not mandatory if applicant has relevant certification.\
- Experience working with digital platforms (data analytics, CRM).\
- Working independently in sometimes challenging situations.\
- Abilities to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends as required by store operation hours.\
- Awareness of company policies and procedures.\
- Compliance with company codes of conduct.\
- Adherence to personal grooming and presentation standards.\
- Will require working 30+ hours over five days per week often having one weekend off every second weekend.\
- Attend job-related events out of hours with some notice.\
- Ensure operational and service standards are consistently achieved through effective visual displays.\
