Job Title: Customer Service Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our customer service team and drive sales growth through exceptional customer experiences.

  • Assist in driving a customer-focused culture, creating memorable interactions with every customer.
  • Support the store manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Support operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high-volume fashion retail store.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of a dynamic team and alignment with our values.
