Support Worker in Child & Family Services

The role of a Support Worker in Child and Family Services is to provide support to families in need, with the goal of helping them overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being. This involves working closely with family members to identify strengths and needs, develop personalized plans, and connect them with relevant resources.
