About Us:

We are leaders in mental health service delivery, specialising in working with adults and young people.

Our team is dedicated to providing individual placement and support (IPS) vocational services to young people with mental illness.

The goal is to ensure young people can achieve and maintain sustainable participation in vocational education and employment.

Job Overview:

You will work closely with our clinical team to provide career development advice, vocational and employment assistance to young people with mental illness up to the age of 25.

This role involves providing IPS vocational services, developing and implementing individualised vocational plans to support young people in gaining employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IPS vocational services to young people with mental illness.
  • Work closely with our clinical team to provide career development advice and vocational and employment assistance.
  • Develop and implement individualised vocational plans to support young people in gaining employment.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level education in a relevant human services discipline, i.e. social work, psychology etc.
  • Knowledge, experience, understanding and passion for the health and wellbeing of young people.
  • Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience vocational planning and employment lead creation.
  • Well-developed computer, technology and administration skills.
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check.
  • Must have a drivers license.
