Disability Services Manager - Residential Services

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Services Manager to lead our residential services team. In this critical role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their dignity, independence, and choice are respected and promoted.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in client relationship management to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Ensure effective care plan review and management
  • Lead and coach support workers in delivering and exceeding client expectations
  • Monitor service levels, including review of funding and client/carer satisfaction
  • Conduct case conferences with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management role
  • Demonstrated experience in managing SIL/Disability accommodations
  • Certificate IV in community services, or relevant discipline (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, supporting, and training staff
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability service sector
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
