Your hands-on management style will be essential in overseeing daily operations performance metrics, prioritising work, and monitoring productivity and service levels.

You will ensure that Concentrix has robust control environments operating effectively, with a focus on preventative controls and detective exception reporting. Furthermore, you will drive continuous improvement by reviewing collection strategies, identifying trends, and providing inputs into training, development, and process improvement to maximise revenue.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses experience leading complex operational teams, managing change, embedding operational improvement, and delivering key productivity and financial targets. They will also have proven collections operations leadership experience in banking and financial services, subject matter expertise relating to collection practices and regulatory obligations, and result-driven abilities.

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of flexible working and leave options, including the option to purchase additional leave each year, paid parental leave, learning and development opportunities, health and wellbeing support, share offers and insurance benefits, and social activities.
