Aged Care Healthcare Professional

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Estia Health Mount Clear.
As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you'll work a rotating fortnightly roster with shifts starting at 9:30pm and finishing at 7am. You'll see to our residents' medical needs, put together clinical documentation, lead the care team, and maintain the highest standard of work.
You'll be someone who is empathetic, has previously worked in an aged care home, and has:
- A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- At least 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in aged care, community, or hospital nursing preferred
- Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions during night shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and the care team
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care and supporting a positive team culture
