**Job Opportunity: Venue Operations Leader**

We are seeking a skilled leader to support our growing venue teams across Regional Queensland.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management of all hotel/venue operations and employees
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and organizational policies and procedures
  • Analyze and report on key business metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage financial resources, analyzing financial information and monitoring sales and profits
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel's services
  • Handle operational issues, staffing challenges, equipment issues, renovations, etc.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Current Approved Manager Licence, RMLV, Gaming Nominee, RSA, and RSG
  • Strong leadership, training, motivational skills, and excellent communication abilities
  • High personal presentation and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work hospitality hours
  • Ability to manage conflicts, remain calm under pressure, and work unsupervised
  • Thorough understanding of Profit & Loss (P & L)
