We are in search of an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a property maintenance technician.

\

The role entails undertaking a diverse range of tasks including general maintenance repairs, sliding door and window repairs, gyprock, tiling, carpentry, painting, and concrete work.

\

To excel in this position, you will need to possess a wide array of trade skills, superior craftsmanship with an eye for detail, dedication to providing excellent customer service, strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently.

\

You will primarily work in Sydney's Lower North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. A valid driver's license, your own vehicle (van or equivalent), mobile phone, and tools are essential.
