Job Title: Process OperatorAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating the processing plant and associated equipment in a safe, productive and efficient manner to maximize plant performance without effecting the environment or health and safety of personnel.This role is being offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off roster FIFO from Perth. You will operate all processing plant equipment relating to Crushing, Grinding, Gravity, Leach, Adsorption, Elution, and Tails Storage Facility. Additionally, you will identify and diagnose items that require preventative maintenance or repair.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operation of all processing plant equipment
  • Identify and diagnose items that require preventative maintenance or repair
  • Maximise plant and equipment efficiency during production
  • Safely operate IT loader, bobcat, forklift, and power tools
  • Develop and maintain procedures to ensure timely, consistent, and efficient execution of mining plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous operating experience in a mineral processing environment, preferably gold.
