Job Title: End User Computing - Engineer

We are seeking an experienced End User Computing - Engineer to join our team. As an End User Computing - Engineer, you will be responsible for providing a range of customer services to support the efficient and effective operation of the desktop environment, core and other relevant office business applications and related ICT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front line our IT support team, providing helpdesk support and managing the provisioning and decommissioning of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently.
  • Maintain our IT infrastructure and ensure that our systems run smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar position, with outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer focus.
  • Attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Experience using MS Active Directory management, AzureAD, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Preferred experience in desktop/laptop deployment using Intune.
  • Intermediate MS Office troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in managing MS Teams and Zoom platform.
  • Knowledge and understanding of 'Cloud' based technology.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A good understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Broad knowledge on the hardware and software components in end user computing.
