Leadership Opportunity in Stormwater Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in the field of stormwater and flood maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional looking to take on a leadership role and make a significant impact.

Job Summary:

  • Lead, engage, mentor and develop a team to deliver high-quality maintenance of sewer, stormwater and flood mitigation systems.
  • Plan and coordinate work activities including plant, materials and contractors.
  • Supervise maintenance activities including choke clearing, sewer main jetting and rodding, pipe laying and repair, stormwater pit and pipe cleaning, excavation and shoring, levee bank and flood gate maintenance, pump station maintenance, plant operation, soil and sediment control, fencing, lawn/garden maintenance, rehabilitation works, traffic management, and site safety.

About You:

  • Experience in leading and working effectively in a team and independently.
  • Qualifications relevant to the role and/or relevant experience related to the role.
  • A Class C Driver's Licence.
  • A General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Controller Training Card and SafeWork NSW Implement Traffic Control Plans Training Card.
