About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Painters & Blasters to join our team at Doolee Construction in the Newcastle & Central Coast area of New South Wales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Erecting scaffolding and ladders to ensure safe access to work areas
  • Preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surfaces to meet company standards
  • Selecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additives in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
  • Previous experience in a similar field is essential for success in this role

About You

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment medicals and D&A requirements, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Commitment to following and adhering to all company/site HSE requirements and procedures, prioritizing safety and well-being
  • Current Construction White Card, demonstrating your commitment to industry standards
