The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team at Talent Focus. As a key member of our workshop-based team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hold a valid White Card
* Be willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol test
* Prior experience in painting and coatings
* Proficiency in priming, undercoating, and topcoating
* Experience working with various surfaces, including metals
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to meet production deadlines
* High level of safety awareness and response to emergencies
