The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Gaining practical experience in civil construction through on-the-job training and structured classes at TAFE
  • Developing key workplace skills, including effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving
  • Working towards a Certificate III in Civil Construction (Road Construction and Maintenance)
