Job Description

This full-time role offers a maximum term contract until August 2025. As a Property Manager, you will be based at our East Maitland Branch and work Monday to Friday with fortnightly RDO options.

You will have demonstrated experience in tenancy management in the private, public or community housing sector and will have practical knowledge of the relevant tenancy legislation. You will have the skills, ability and willingness to work with a diverse range of people, have a proactive approach to your tasks and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and property inspections
  • Rent arrears management
  • Representing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal

Requirements:

  • Current drivers licence
  • Solid understanding of tenancy legislative requirements
  • Experience in preparing for and representing at tribunals

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
