We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Waterford. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve sales growth and engagement targets.
  • Collaborate with Area Managers to maintain high-standard operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance.
  • Support team development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage with local community groups through our local matters program.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

**Requirements**

  • 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues (QSRs, hotels, bars, pubs, cafes, cinemas).
  • Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams.

  • Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude.
  • Candidate must undergo a National Police check and have ongoing working rights in Australia.
