Job Title:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and motivate a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of our Main gaming floor bars and Sovereign room operations, ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.

A few key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing operational needs and maintaining costs within set parameters.
  • Leading the team to continuously deliver guest experience in line with our service culture.
  • Maintaining team member performance on the floor, ensuring adequate coverage.

The ideal candidate will have extensive venue management experience in high-volume bars, restaurants, and lounges, including event organization. Casino and licensee experience is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management
