As we gear up for a busy summer and festive season, The Brighton Metro Hotel is growing its team and on the lookout for an Assistant Venue Manager to join us.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, working side by side with the Venue Manager to keep our iconic venue running at its best. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Essential requirements :

2+ years in an Assistant Venue Manager roleStrong experience working in a gaming venuePresence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekendsWrite and control an effective rosterAbility to stocktake and investigate the stock lossTrain, performance manage, and motivate staffWork with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office teamBe able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfullyRP Badges required for the role
