Job Title: Luxury Sales Associate

We are seeking a driven and client-focused sales professional to join our boutique team.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent some of the world's most iconic brands in a refined, luxury environment.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver personalised service, drive sales performance, and foster enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.

You will also play an important role in upholding the presentation and operational excellence of the boutique, ensuring every client's experience reflects the very best of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a consistently exceptional client experience that reflects our luxury standards.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, cultivating new business opportunities while deepening loyalty with existing clients.
  • Support management in achieving sales targets and contributing to a high-performance team culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently share brand stories and expertise with clients.
  • Ensure the boutique's presentation, merchandising, and stock management are maintained to the highest standard.
  • Assist with boutique operations, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, stock control, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within fine jewellery or timepieces.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a client-centric environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Impeccable professional presentation and an understanding of luxury service etiquette.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using retail systems; qualifications in business, gemology, or jewellery design are highly regarded.
  • A clear police check is required.
