Job Summary

Our standard working hours are from 6:30 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday. We operate within a structured schedule to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Monitoring production progress and providing regular updates on work-in-progress status.
  2. Ensuring team members' productivity aligns with build schedules and sequences.
  3. Documenting changes in products or technical documentation as required.
  4. Coordinating re-work and repairs while identifying root causes of issues.
  5. Developing and maintaining work instructions and processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  6. Providing support for assembly operations when needed to meet delivery targets.
  7. Training new staff according to company policies, work instructions, and WHS guidelines.
  8. Assisting in employee development and upskilling programs to meet quality and skill standards.
  9. Conducting quality checks on completed vehicles or units according to company policies and standards.
  10. Optimizing production by allocating staff efficiently.
  11. Supporting staff and departmental supervisors to ensure timely availability of parts, appliances, hardware, and materials.
  12. Maintaining equipment in good working order and meeting staff tooling requirements.
  13. Encouraging and training team members on good housekeeping practices.
  14. Ensuring adherence to WHS requirements and policies among team members.
