Carpenter and Formwork Specialist

We are seeking skilled Carpenter and Formwork Specialists to join our civil construction crew in the greater Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build forms for bridges, foundations, beams and staircases
  • Construct structures on site using wood or assemble metal frames
  • Install and dismantle form work and shutters for pile capping's, abutments, headstocks, columns and slabs
  • Measure, cut and shape wood or metal components
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to pour concrete into moulds
  • Inspect and verify work accuracy
  • Produce high-quality concrete blocks according to project specifications
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualifications and certifications
  • Previous experience on high-end civil construction projects
  • Personal tools and a reliable vehicle
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality craftsmanship
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
