Job Description

The Compliance Analyst role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in compliance management while supporting the implementation of an enterprise-wide framework. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening the risk and compliance culture by providing day-to-day support to the Compliance Manager.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compliance Management Support
  • Compliance Registers and Attestations
  • Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Embedding Compliance Frameworks and Tools
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Law, Business, or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Some exposure to compliance or risk management, preferably in financial services
  • Experience in funds or investment management is highly regarded
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • A genuine willingness to learn and develop within compliance and risk
