Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to provide home care support services to our clients. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our community members and helping them maintain their independence at home.

This is a rewarding role that requires a caring attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. If you are passionate about providing an excellent service and building positive relationships with clients and their families, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general housekeeping and domestic assistance to clients
  • Clean, mop, and vacuum floors
  • Wash, fold, and iron laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Help family carers to have a break or pursue other interests
Requirements
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and own insured vehicle
  • An interest in community care or aged care (experience preferred but not essential)
