Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished project engineer to lead the development and implementation of complex engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instrumentation and control systems, as well as experience in implementing safety solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement functional design specifications, detailed design specifications, and clarifications of project scope.
  • Implement projects using industry-standard tools and processes.
  • Conduct customer acceptance testing and final commissioning of systems on site.
  • Liaise with internal project leads and external project representatives to ensure design alignment with project requirements.
  • Identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Instrument & Control, Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering).
  • 5-10 years' experience in implementing instrumentation & control and safety solutions in one or more verticals: Refinery, Oil & Gas, Mining, Power.
  • Understanding of field instruments such as sensors, final control elements.
  • Knowledge of DCS, SIS and/or Process Control Networks and security.
  • Experience of site installation and project commissioning.
