Field Service Technician Job Summary

This role is based in South Guildford, WA.

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to work across all Wirtgen Group brands. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and driven with excellent communication skills.

  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Preparation of new machine build requirements.
  • Commissioning/training of machinery.
  • Diagnosing issues or customer complaints and finding solutions.
  • Conducting machine inspections.
  • Providing professional customer service and care attitude at all times.
  • Assisting in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required.

The ideal candidate will have an Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical), proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role for minimum 2 years and be willing to learn and take direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Preparation of new machine build requirements.
  • Commissioning/training of machinery.
  • Diagnosing issues or customer complaints and finding solutions.
  • Conducting machine inspections.
  • Providing professional customer service and care attitude at all times.
  • Assisting in the training of Apprentices and other staff as required.
