A Geochemist Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to join our geochemistry division and play a vital role in delivering quality results on time.

This position involves the analysis of geochemical samples using ICPMS instrumentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing instrument/equipment calibration and maintenance as required, troubleshooting instrument/quality issues, and ensuring that client turnaround times are met.

• Analysis of geochemical samples using ICPMS instrumentation
• Perform instrument/equipment calibration and maintenance as required
• Troubleshooting of instrument/quality issues
• Calibration and testing of standards and instrument QC solutions
• QC raw data review of results

• A tertiary qualification or diploma in a chemistry-related field is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus
• Previous or similar instrumentation experience is desirable
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Be able to multitask and produce accurate results
