Project Planner and Scheduler

The Project Planner and Scheduler plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

This role requires a high level of expertise in project management and scheduling methodologies, particularly across the full life-cycle of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop project schedules that are realistic and performance-driven.
  • Provide high-level schedule advice to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress of various projects and identify critical works.
  • Communicate program status and any delays or issues arising to stakeholders.
Requirements:

The successful applicant will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes in a high-pressure environment.

They will also have experience working collaboratively with engineering, commercial, and project teams to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity of schedules.

This is a fixed-term position based out of a major hub office in Melbourne's Southeast.
