Executive Assistant to the President

The role of Executive Assistant to the President is a highly respected position within our organization. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the President's office and providing exceptional administrative support.

  • Manage electronic minutes of proceedings and distribute orders or decisions.
  • Undertake legal research tasks and projects as directed by the President.

Additionally, you will provide administrative assistance to the President and Principal Registrar, including coordinating listings, managing diaries, and providing visitor reception. You will also liaise with practitioners on behalf of the President and proof judgments and decisions.

  • Perform other tasks of an administrative nature as directed by the President or Principal Registrar.
