Job Summary: As an Executive Officer, you will provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Leadership Group members. You will manage commercially sensitive matters, coordinate meetings and travel itineraries, administer Ministerial correspondence, and prepare confidential documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior support to the CEO and Senior Leadership Group members
  • Manage commercially sensitive matters

  • Monitor action items and work assignments
  • Advise on deadlines, systems, and policies as required

Requirements:

  • Pre-employment checks will be conducted for arson and fire setting, violent crimes, sex-related offences, drug and alcohol related offences, crimes involving dishonesty and deception, making false declarations, malicious damage and destruction to property, serious traffic offences, crimes against public order or relating to the Administration of Law and Justice, and crimes against Executive or the Legislative Power.
  • Disciplinary action in previous employment may also be considered.
