Join Our Team As A DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our IT Platform Engineering team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the DevOps Team Lead, you will build and maintain DevOps solutions to meet high standards of performance, stability, reliability, and security.

This role is central to the Group and supporting the DevOps services of the entire Bank. We work as part of a team managing and supporting our platforms with a focus on CI/CD Pipelines, and DevOps practices.

About the Role:

  • Achieve excellence in delivering high-quality software through automation, orchestration, and monitoring.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient CI/CD pipelines to support rapid deployment and continuous integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.

About You:

  • Demonstrate expertise in DevOps principles, practices, and tooling, including Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar technologies.
  • Have at least 5 years of programming or scripting experience with languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience establishing and maintaining CI/CD and Release Pipelines, as well as implementing automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker).
  • Prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively in an Agile environment.
