About the Role:

A highly skilled professional will collaborate with senior colleagues and clients on key public architecture projects, focusing on civic initiatives.

  • Develop and shape design aspects of public projects to enhance their quality and impact.
  • Lead multiple projects as a confident team leader, leveraging expertise in large-scale master planning across Education or Public sector projects.
  • Work closely with directors to develop innovative design ideas and solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional design, visual, and written communication skills to effectively present to clients and lead design teams.
  • Mentor junior employees and manage day-to-day client relationships to foster strong partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in high-quality architectural practices.
  • Large scale public project experience is essential for this role.
  • Excellent design communication skills are required to succeed in this position.
  • Proficiency in Revit software is necessary for this job.
  • An ambitious individual with an interest in business development is ideal for this opportunity.
  • Architectural qualifications to a post-graduate level or equivalent are required.
