Job Title

The Financial Regulation Lawyer will join our team as a key contributor to the success of our Banking clients.

  • This is a parental leave assignment, for approximately 12 months and we are looking for a lawyer to start in January.
  • The work can include drafting terms and conditions, reviewing customer facing collateral and advising on requirements to comply with regulatory obligations.

This role requires a collaborative and partnering approach, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in Financial Product Regulation (Corporations Act, ASIC Act, BCOP), preferably with experience in payment products and payment schemes.
