As a senior employment attorney, you will have the opportunity to develop your experience in industrial relations and enterprise bargaining while collaborating with clients from various sectors.
You will be responsible for managing high-profile matters, providing tailored legal advice, and working closely with senior partners who will offer hands-on mentoring and support.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years' post-admission experience (PAE) in employment law, preferably with exposure to industrial relations, and exhibit excellent communication skills, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a thorough understanding of the complexities of employment law.
