Lead Program Facilitator

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic professional to work with our programs as a facilitator.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver programs in the northern suburbs for two prominent community initiatives.
  • Work a minimum of 10-15 hours per week on a casual basis.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required.
Key Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services or Disability, or related field.
  • Experience in support work or group settings.
  • DHS Working with Children and Vulnerable Persons Check.
  • Training in Risk of Harm & Neglect or Child Safe Environments.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • NDIS Orientation Certificate.
  • Valid Driver's License and Insurance.
  • NDIS Workers Clearance.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Possess a genuine interest in art/play assist techniques for people with disabilities and neurodiverse conditions.
  • Experience working with disability groups in recreational or community settings.
  • Teaching experience with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with artistic talents.
