The Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with project managers to plan, organize, and execute project tasks.
  • Support agile methodologies by participating in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and escalating potential risks or issues as necessary.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, briefings, and other interactive activities.
  • Assist with procurement processes and financial tracking, ensuring accurate records and transparent reporting.
  • Maintain alignment with corporate objectives and governance standards.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Background in complex programs, preferably within government, corporate, or large-scale environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and agile methodologies.
  • Financial acumen and experience supporting procurement and budgeting processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Agile platforms.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
