Lead Software Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team as a lead. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience in agile development teams, and expertise in C#/.NET technology stack.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the development of high-quality software solutions, collaborating with lead developers to evaluate and improve system architecture, and managing the non-functional backlog, including technical debt, refactoring, component upgrades, and deployment strategies.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Non-Functional Backlog: Oversee the non-functional backlog, including technical debt, refactoring, component upgrades, and deployment strategies.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Teams: Experience leading agile development teams.
  • Expertise in C#/.NET Technology Stack: Proficiency in C#/.NET technology stack, including experience with Microsoft cloud platform.
  • Strong People Management Skills: Ability to manage people effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
