Retail Store Team Leader

The ideal candidate will support their team in daily operations, ensuring the store delivers exceptional service and achieves its sales objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales goals and meet established performance targets
- Provide superior customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Ensure product displays, signage, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained throughout the store
- Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a knowledgeable and skilled workforce
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment and orders to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role with a track record of success
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions that drive business results
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A university diploma is required; a degree in business or a related field is an asset.
