Job Description:

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to achieve store targets. You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training. Your duties will include acting as Store Manager when required, delivering memorable customer service, implementing brand visual merchandising strategies, and creating a safe working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment with a global leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames, and sunglasses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment, is essential. Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs is also required. Additionally, exceptional time management and organisational skills are necessary.
