Retail Store Leader

At T2, we're seeking an experienced leader to drive our retail store forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will assist with daily operations, visual presentation, stock management, and coaching the team. Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
About the Role- Lead the team and support in achieving sales targets and managing operational costs.
- Coach the team on service standards, product knowledge, and responsibilities.
- Provide timely feedback to encourage team development and growth.
- Support training new team members and ensure they are equipped to excel.
- Passionate about delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a team leader or manager is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading the team and achieving sales targets.
- Manage visual presentation, stock levels, and deliveries.
- Coach the team on service and product knowledge.
- Support in managing operational costs.
