Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to join our team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Parent Pathways operations across the region and leading and supporting a team of Senior Mentors and Mentors to ensure each site remains within contractual guidelines and operational budgets to achieve ETC's agreed targets as set by associated Local, State and Federal Government Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with and develop, implement, monitor and maintain efficient and effective administrative systems to ensure compliance with the contracts managed at each site and ETC policies
  • Assist the Program Manager with development and implementation of strategic activities to retain and enhance contracts in each Employment Region (ER)
  • Providing daily management support and coaching to staff to drive performance and achievement of financial budgets, program KPI's and organisational goals
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies and generate partnerships to enhance employment and education opportunities and provide varied and valuable intensive pre-employment support programs and activities for parents and carers
  • Be responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance and best practice as required by ETC and in line with associated contracts
  • Manage the physical infrastructure of each office and be responsible for the security of each site including opening and closing procedures
  • Oversee funded projects ensuring key compliance issues are meet including program outcomes, reports and budgets
  • Work with the Program Manager to promote services to local industry, service clubs, employers and jobseekers, and actively network ETC services in the Employment Regions
  • Uphold and promote the Parent Pathways Program goals, contributing to its continuous improvement and success and achievement of organisational KPI's
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated operational management experience in employment services preferably Workforce Australia, Transition to Work or Disability Employment Services
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, or providing support services, particularly with working parents, carers, or students
  • Strong leadership skills to help lead, mentor, motivate team success
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple sites to achieve business outcomes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport and trust with diverse participants
  • A high level of computer literacy and use of Microsoft Officer suites and other government programs
  • Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse cultural backgrounds and experiences of participants
  • Familiarity with community resources and services available to parents and carers, including childcare, housing, and financial aid
  • Ability to interpret various guidelines and work within frameworks
  • Ability to maintain a cohesive team environment focused on meeting ETC's business objectives
  • Highly motivated to achieving general employment and training outcomes for participants and organisations performance and KPI goals
  • A current driver's licence and ability to travel between our sites within region
  • A current, clear National Police Check
  • A current Working With Children Check (QLD Blue Card)
  • A certificate IV or higher in qualification, in Employment Services and/or Community Services or similar (desirable).
