About the role:

This Rehabilitation Services Coordinator will support rehabilitation consultants with medical administration to coordinate rehabilitation activities for injured ADF Personnel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Updating and maintaining medical records
  • Managing and booking medical appointments
  • Coordinating invoices and budgets
  • Coordinating case management documentation
  • Providing reports

Requirements for success:

  • Medical administration experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Availability to work on base between 07:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday
  • Empathetic and personable nature
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Australian Citizenship
