Account Strategy Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Strategic Media Leader to oversee strategic media campaigns across diverse client portfolios in FMCG and government. This key role offers real ownership, visibility, and opportunities for growth while deepening expertise in digital planning within a supportive, development-focused environment.
You will lead a team of Specialists, shape campaign direction, and collaborate with teams across strategy, digital, and performance. The role requires a strong appetite for digital planning and campaign management, focusing on performance, screens, and partnerships.
Key responsibilities include owning senior client relationships, leading annual planning and quarterly reviews, and overseeing digital planning and campaign delivery. You will also manage a team of Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
Requirements include 5+ years in media, digital, or marketing with strong leadership experience, as well as excellent attention to detail and project management skills. A strategic mindset, familiarity with campaign management tools, and in-depth knowledge of syndicated and proprietary tools are essential.
