About the Role
As an Account Executive managing a portfolio of Enterprise clients, you will play a vital role in supporting customers across Canon's core business and solutions offerings, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth throughout Victoria.
You will develop and execute business plans to engage potential key clients in line with our broader strategy and take full ownership of managing and growing an existing portfolio of top-tier accounts. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping the strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and support sustainable, profitable growth across various products and services.
Scope of the role includes :
- Manage and grow accounts for new and existing customers.
- Lead the development of new business opportunities and plan and execute business strategies with potential key customers.
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to develop strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Proactively generate new business through various go-to-market strategies and develop new leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Achieve customer acquisition, revenue, and profit objectives.
- Negotiate major deals and prepare tender responses within policy guidelines.
- Develop engagement models and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Report performance against budgets with variance analysis and revised projections.
- Contribute to and develop sales strategies.
- Participate in relevant seminars and customer events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and interstate to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage the sales process from initial order to implementation and beyond.
About You
You are a motivated sales professional, whether experienced in enterprise account management or early in your career, eager to develop new business, build strong customer relationships, and achieve results. You thrive in a dynamic environment and can effectively engage stakeholders across various levels.
We welcome both seasoned professionals and ambitious candidates. To succeed, you will bring:
- Experience in Major or Tier 1 Enterprise Accounts or a strong record in business development.
- Understanding of cross-selling, up-selling, and value-based selling.
- Exposure to selling managed services and solutions (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to support stakeholders locally and interstate.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen and commercial awareness.
- Proactive, self-managed approach with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Flexibility and resilience in a sales environment.
