Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to oversee a portfolio of stores across Queensland and the Northern Territory.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards.
  2. Monitor sales performance closely and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Manage stock levels, visual merchandising, and wage costs to ensure efficient operation.
  4. Motivate and develop store managers to achieve their KPIs and sales targets.
  5. Couch and mentor store managers to maintain high team morale and promote professional development.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as an arena manager, cluster manager, or multi-site manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Motivated, driven mindset with strong leadership skills.
  • Passionate about inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong operational expertise in stock control, visual merchandising, and wage management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across support functions.
