Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced retail professional to join our team as Store Manager. As the leader of our store, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving financial targets, and fostering a dynamic team empowered to surpass expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive a customer-centric culture and create a meaningful store experience by leading by example.
  • Develop your team's talent and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets.
  • Showcase your visual merchandising expertise by creating a welcoming and visually captivating environment.
  • Oversee store rostering and wage expenses efficiently, maintaining a focus on commercial acumen.
  • Manage stock in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Track store sales performance, recognize exceptional results, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to peers and management.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit dedicated retail professionals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • A passion for the retail industry.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and create effective rosters.
  • Operational excellence in stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspiring and energizing peers.
