Corporate Travel Specialist - Executive Level

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Travel Specialist to handle high-profile clients, including business executives and prominent figures in the entertainment industry. As a VIP Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for arranging corporate travel for esteemed customers in the US.

  • You will analyze and research travel options to anticipate traveler needs and identify opportunities to sell additional services.
  • Your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) will enable you to manage complex bookings and ensure compliance with customer policies, service provider requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Advise and arrange corporate travel for exclusive clients in the US.
  2. Conduct analysis and research on travel options to meet client needs.
  3. Manage domestic and international business travel bookings with varying complexity levels.
  4. Utilize GDS systems to streamline booking processes.
  5. Evaluate customer policies and service provider requirements to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Requirements:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and anticipating needs proactively.
  • Native expertise in GDS systems (Sabre, Apollo, Amadeus).
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate travel, encompassing fares, ticketing, car, hotel, air, and rail travel.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest level of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
